JS Kabylie confirmed the signing on their social media platforms, describing Mabula as a recruit and welcoming the Tanzania international to the club based in Tizi-Ouzou.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom Tanzania to Tizi-Ouzou, a new chapter begins,\u201d the club said in its message welcoming the midfielder.
