Account Deletion & Deactivation
Users of our apps developed and published by MIZOZO on google play store can request to delete their accounts by following the following steps
Account Deactivation
Users may temporarily deactivate their accounts through the account settings section.
When an account is deactivated:
- the profile may become hidden from other users,
- public activity may no longer be visible,
- chat participation may be disabled,
- notifications may stop,
- the account remains recoverable.
Deactivated accounts can typically be restored by logging in again and reactivating the profile.
Some historical content such as messages, comments, or moderation records may remain visible where necessary for platform integrity and conversation continuity.
Permanent Account Deletion
Users may permanently delete their accounts from the Account Settings or User Profile section.
For security purposes, users must:
- log into their account,
- confirm deletion,
- verify their password where required,
- explicitly confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, the deletion request is processed by the system.
What Data Gets Deleted
Permanent account deletion may remove:
- profile information,
- avatar/profile photo,
- bio and personal details,
- account preferences,
- saved settings,
- login credentials,
- uploaded content owned by the user,
- follower/following relationships,
- notifications,
- subscriptions linked to the account.
Depending on platform architecture, certain community interactions such as comments, chat references, moderation logs, or historical discussion records may remain anonymized or retained for operational, security, anti-abuse, or legal purposes.
Chat & Community Content
For community consistency and moderation purposes:
- messages sent in public chatrooms,
- replies in discussions,
- moderation actions,
- abuse reports,
- audit/security records
may remain temporarily stored or anonymized after account deletion.
Private conversations involving other users may also persist where technically necessary to preserve conversation history for remaining participants.
ata Retention Period
Account deletion requests are generally processed immediately or within a reasonable operational timeframe.
Backup systems and server archives may retain limited information temporarily for:
- fraud prevention,
- security monitoring,
- legal compliance,
- disaster recovery,
- dispute resolution.
Such retained data is automatically removed or anonymized according to internal retention schedules.

Permanent account deletion cannot usually be reversed once processing is completed.

- Open User Profile
- Scroll to Account Settings
- Select:

- Choose confirmation option
- Press Update/Confirm
News App
Users can:
- Log into their account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Open Delete Account section
- Enter password confirmation
- Confirm deletion request
- Press Delete Account
